OSINT & Cyberinvestigation
5th EDITION – March 31–April 2, 2026
INCYBER FORUM @ LILLE GRAND PALAIS
A look back at the 2025 OSINT Day, which was a fruitful opportunity for the OSINT community to exchange ideas!
The event focused on information warfare, foreign interference, and destabilization, featuring analyses from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Viginum, and Project Fox. Experts dissected disinformation and the influence of Russian, Turkish, and Iranian state actors, while exploring the complexity of China’s OSINT ecosystem with Tadaweb.
The sessions covered a broad technical and operational spectrum: from mapping GPS jamming to combating financial crime (Revolut, OSINT Combine), including reverse-engineering techniques to uncover previously unknown vulnerabilities (Epieos). The application of this discipline in support of economic and military sovereignty was highlighted by organizations such as ADACIS, the School of Economic Warfare, and the Specialist Reservist Intelligence Battalion.
Finally, the event explored a variety of topics, including assessing organizations’ digital exposure, strategic geopolitics, and the search for missing persons or estates (My OSINT Training, Anquiria). The day concluded with a technical analysis of a government data breach presented by Forward Global Cyber, followed by a networking cocktail reception—the famous Apér’OSINT.
